Sustainably
Sustainably sourced, locally rooted.
Our Commitment for the Future
At Russo’s Fresh Seafood Bluffton, sustainability means using the whole fish and supporting our local ecosystem. We sell seasonally available species to protect fish populations and offer often-overlooked cuts, such as collars and heads—delicious ways to honor the whole catch.
What we don’t use goes to local farmers, who turn our bones and trimmings into nutrient-rich fertilizer. Their crops, often sold at nearby farmers’ markets, may end up on your plate alongside our seafood!
It’s a full-circle approach that reduces waste, supports local agriculture, and helps ensure fresh, sustainable seafood meals for generations to come.
“Russo’s is the best seafood market I have been to in this area. The Redfish—amazing. The Branzino fish—awesome!”
